| Cancellations |
In the event of cancellation, we regret that one days tariff will be charged if booking is cancelled within 24 hours of arrival. This will of course be waived if the room is relet. |

We have one family room, which consists of a king-size bed & 2 single beds. A travel cot is available if required. |

A welcome tea/coffee and biscuits is freshly made complimentary on the 1st day of your arrival. Thereafter, it's chargeable at ₤2.50 per person. |
